The prints up to 40x60 cm I do by myself, so it usually takes up to 3 days for the print to ready to sent.

Bigger size prints (when one of the sides is bigger then 40 cm) I order in a certificated print laboratory, so it can take up to 7 for the print to be ready to sent.

I pack my prints well in a strong tubes, but in case if you print arrived damaged you need to inform me as fast as possible in two weeks about the problem and I send to you a new piece or we arrange the return.
